I provide freelance digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, YouTube marketing, and consultancy. Specific deliverables and timelines will be defined in written proposals or contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, grant necessary access (website, ad accounts, analytics), approve content in a timely manner, and make payments as agreed.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Payments are due as per the proposal or invoice. Ad spend is billed separately to advertising platforms and is not part of service fees. Refunds are not usually provided once work has commenced; any exceptions will be stated in the written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on this website is owned by Theresa Kamath. Deliverables created for clients remain the client’s property once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed. I may showcase anonymised examples of work in my portfolio, unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information does not include publicly available data or information required to be disclosed by law.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors (platform algorithms, market conditions). I provide professional services but cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue increases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theresa Kamath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services or website use.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services per the terms of the written agreement. Outstanding fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of [CITY, KERALA].
